BBQ Salmon Rub

Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2tsp (7g) smoked paprika
  • ½tsp (2g) garlic powder
  • 1tsp (1g) dried oregano
  • ½tsp (2g) cayenne pepper ground
  • ½tsp (2g) black pepper ground
  • 1tsp (3g) cumin ground
  • 1tsp (8g) salt

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container
  2. To use dust the salmon portion all over with the rub and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before using
  3. Before grilling the salmon, brush the salmon with olive oil and cook on the grill
  4. Serve with Salsa or Cumin yogurt dressing
