Cajun rub
Ingredients
- Smoked Paprika – 2 Tsp
- Garlic Powder – 1 Tsp
- Onion Powder – 1 Tsp
- Dried Oregano – 1 Tsp
- Cayenne Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper Ground – 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin Ground – 1 Tsp
- Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp
- Salt – 1 Tsp
Method
Mix all ingredient together and sprinkle around the salmon. Any of the seasoning left can be kept for 2-3 weeks in a sealed container.
