Cajun rub

Ingredients

  • Smoked Paprika – 2 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Onion Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Dried Oregano – 1 Tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
  • Black Pepper Ground – 1/2 Tsp
  • Cumin Ground – 1 Tsp
  • Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt – 1 Tsp

Method

Mix all ingredient together and sprinkle around the salmon. Any of the seasoning left can be kept for 2-3 weeks in a sealed container.
