Cumin & Yogurt Salmon Dressing

Goes well with…

Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets


  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ lemon (25g)
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin (2g)
  • 2 tbsp (20g) Olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. If the dressing is a little thick, add a splash of water and mix
  2. Cover the dressing and place in the fridge until required
