Spiced Balsamic Glaze Recipe

Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets


  • 200g Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 whole Star anise
  • 30g Soy sauce
  • 50g Honey


  1. Place all the ingredients into a saucepan
  2. Bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 10 -12 minutes or until the glaze has thickened slightly (remember it will thicken further once cold)
  3. Leave to cool before removing star anise
  4. Refrigerate until required
