We hand-select the best Scottish salmon to elevate your night in. Carefully prepared by us, just add your own sides and enjoy an easy, special dine-in meal for two.
Oven
Remove all packaging and place fillets on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring portions are separate and butters and bay leaves are on-top of salmon. Simply oven bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6) and serve with your choice of side. We recommend putting roasted asparagus, green beans and garlic potatoes alongside and pairing with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Delicious!
