Our kilnmasters consistently deliver a great taste, tender ‘bite’ and luxurious texture by taking hours to dry, cure and smoke over oak – which gives a rich smokiness without overpowering. As with all our Scottish salmon, you can count on a very healthy serving of Omega-3 too.
We refuse to compromise on quality by squashing or freezing our smoked salmon. That’s why each slice is so easy to peel from the pack (and tastes so amazing!).
No guesswork – you’ll find exactly four slices of smoked salmon in each of our packs. So the only surprise will be how great they taste.
Serving suggestion:
To allow the smoky flavour to develop, take your Smoked Salmon Slices out of the fridge 20 mins before serving.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within use by date. Use within 1 month of freezing. Once defrosted use the same day and do not refreeze.
