MOWI Infusions can be microwaved in under three minutes and are high in sustainable protein – there’s over 40g of protein per pack!

Each portion also typically has 1700mg of Omega 3, of which more than half (835mg) are DHA and EPA. Eating 250mg of EPA & DHA Omega 3 fatty acids daily contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Keep in the fridge below 5°C.
Once opened, use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. For use by date: see front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
