When it comes to eating, these individually hand-selected organic salmon fillets won’t disappoint. Expect to enjoy delicate natural flavours, an undeniably sumptuous texture and plenty of Omega-3.
This salmon calls the clear, cool waters of Scotland’s West Coast home – so it’s important to us to care for and respect this beautiful environment. That’s why we use organic feed that’s 100% certified and traceable. All our organic salmon are raised in accordance with The Soil Association and are independently audited too. MOWI is one of the first organic salmon to come from Scotland.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
Rub each salmon fillet with a little oil.
Place your salmon in one layer and cook for 8 minutes.
For crispy salmon skin, place skin side up in the frying basket and brush the salmon skin with a little olive oil.
Pan Fry
Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Cook on medium heat for 12 mins, turning once half way.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
Place on lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven for 22 mins.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within use by date. Use within 1 month of freezing. Once defrosted use the same day and do not refreeze.
