Ginger, chilli & lime salmon noodle poke bowl

This ginger, chilli, and lime salmon noodle poke bowl is a healthy, balanced meal and a great option for meal prep. Swap in seasonal veg for variety, or use rice instead of noodles if preferred. Drizzle with sesame oil if desired.

Preparation

  1. Rinse and chop vegetables
  2. Cook rice noodles (or whichever type of noodles or rice you prefer)
  3. Arrange noodles and vegetable in tub or bowl. You can store this in the fridge for later if you like.
  4. When you’re ready to eat, microwave the salmon fillets according to instructions on pack and add to the bowl.
