Ready to eat and something new. Our kilnmasters gently smoke our salmon over oak chips for a mild favour, then expertly marinade it with honey and sriracha chilli to give a medium spicy tang to the salty sweetness of our salmon. Delicious as a starter or for a twist on scrambled eggs or a bagel.

At MOWI, we know salmon because we raise, smoke, prepare and carefully pack our own salmon in Scotland. Our salmon is high in Omega 3 – it’s the symbol in our name.

Serving suggestion: To allow the smoky favour to develop, take your smoked salmon out of the fridge 20 mins before serving.

This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under carefully controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Government advice is that cold smoked salmon may be unsuitable for pregnant women, the elderly or those with low resistance to infection.
