  1. Marinate the smoked salmon slices with the lemon juice, sugar, salt and beetroot concentrate and leave for a few hours.
  2. Cut the apples into cubes along with the dill, sliced beetroot and fennel.
  3. Once marinaded, remove the salmon and add it to the top of the prepared ingredients. Sprinkle over dill and capers.
