- Remove the butter from the fridge and leave for an hour to soften
- Cream the butter in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the butter and mix through
- Place the salmon portion onto a sheet of tin foil and top the salmon with a tbsp of butter. Wrap the salmon in the foil and place in the fridge until required.
- Place the foil wrapped salmon onto a medium grill for around 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked. Halfway through the cooking time add some asparagus and half a lemon (brushed with olive oil) to the grill
- Boil fresh pasta for around 3 minutes (check the instructions on pack if store bought), add the asparagus and salmon and serve
- Any remaining butter can be rolled in to a log and frozen until needed (as per below method)
