Smoked salmon skewers with ponzu dip

Preparation

  1. Remove the smoked salmon from the pack and cut each slice of smoked salmon into strips (roughly 1cm wide)
  2. Ruffle the smoked salmon (into a concertina effect) and thread onto the cocktail stick. Sprinkle the salmon with sesame seeds
  3. To make the ponzu dressing mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve with the smoked salmon skewers
