- Place the miso, honey, soy, mirin and salt in a bowl and mix together
- Add the salmon fillets to marinade and gently mix the salmon around the marinade. For best results cover and leave in the fridge for an hour
- Slice one lime into 8 slices and place into the base of the steaming basket. Place each salmon fillets on top of 2 slices of lime
- Top the salmon with the chilli and ginger and cover. Cook for 16 minutes or until the salmon is piping hot and cooked through
- Remove the salmon from the steamer
- Mix the spring onions and coriander with the sesame oil and sesame seeds and divide between the salmon. Squeeze the remainder of the lime over the salmon
- Serve with noodles or rice and enjoy!
