Steamed miso salmon with ginger & lime


  1. Place the miso, honey, soy, mirin and salt in a bowl and mix together
  2. Add the salmon fillets to marinade and gently mix the salmon around the marinade. For best results cover and leave in the fridge for an hour
  3. Slice one lime into 8 slices and place into the base of the steaming basket. Place each salmon fillets on top of 2 slices of lime
  4. Top the salmon with the chilli and ginger and cover. Cook for 16 minutes or until the salmon is piping hot and cooked through
  5. Remove the salmon from the steamer
  6. Mix the spring onions and coriander with the sesame oil and sesame seeds and divide between the salmon. Squeeze the remainder of the lime over the salmon
  7. Serve with noodles or rice and enjoy!
