We refuse to compromise on quality by squashing or freezing our smoked salmon. That’s why each slice is so easy to peel from the pack (and tastes so amazing!).

Drying, curing, smoking over oak for just the right amount of time… there’s a lot that goes into producing MOWI’s Rich Smoked Salmon. The incredibly deep, rounded flavour and texture is all thanks to the skill of our kilnmasters.
