Oven baking one of our salmon fillets is easy. Preheat your oven to 180° (fan), meanwhile pop your salmon on a baking tray, drizzle on a bit of olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper. Then simply leave it in the oven for 22 minutes (…don’t be fooled by how straightforward this is, we’ve trimmed each fillet to be as neat as possible so that you get perfect results every time).
