What’s the difference between Scottish and Norwegian Salmon?

These two countries normally raise Atlantic salmon but – the most noticeable difference to anyone picking up a fillet or two for dinner is the quality. As our salmon is raised in Scotland, there’s no need for it to be frozen (which can seriously impact the taste and texture). Both Scottish and Norwegian salmon call the Atlantic ocean home, but are raised in different waters and on different feed. One great thing about Scottish salmon is that they enjoy more room to swim, with our sea farms being 98.5% water to 1.5% fish.
