Is MOWI salmon fresh or frozen?

It’s always fresh, never frozen. Freezing salmon compromises the consistency of the flesh in that it can result in a mushy and cotton-wool like texture. That’s not something that we or our customers want, so each salmon fillet or smoked slices with our name on it are as fresh as possible.
